During the GMG 2000 there will be car-parks reserved for registered participants only. May coaches enter city blue zone? No? Only for the arrival and departure from places of lodging

Until what time does public transport run in Rome?

Some bus lines run through the night, the metro closes at mid-night. The young people should be in their lodgings by eleven pm for a regular distribution of meals

Which transports are included in registration fees? Does this include public transport from the airport to place of lodging?

Registration includes unlimited use of public transport (also railway) throughout the territory of Rome city area. This includes public transport to and from airport and bordering dioceses.

Can private coaches enter the city centre?

Only to carry the young people to their lodging on first arrival and pick them up for final departure. The rest of the time the coaches will stay in assigned car-parks. (free for registered participants).

Who will help us organize transport from the other Italian dioceses and vice versa?

For assistance apply to hosting diocese. This transport must be paid by the pilgrims.
