All the Bible books, the notes of Jerusalem Bible and the “Concordanze Bibliche” from EDB edition, the parallel passages, the speeches of the Holy Father to young people for the WYDs; everything contained in a very small CD card (Credit Card) that is read throughout the CD reader of computer.

During the press conference on the 21st of July  a new medial  product will be presented . By it young people will be able to know the Word of God in a new and modern way.The idea is of a young priest from Reggio Emila, Don Carlo Sacchetti, who for 8 months has worked for this plan together with a group of young people, linking passion for the Word of God and the genial use of new technologies. It’s a peculiar gift that a group of young people wants to give other young people who will take part the WYD. On the basis there was the desire to give young people, who are care towards the new communication ways , the chance to know and love the text of the Bible in  a new and interactive way.

The Pope has given one of his message about this peculiar work that is one of the most interesting activities among the many ones that about the the WYD The in the letter about the Bible on CD card writes for young people: You have the duty to take the Gospel in the new milleniumm  living in reach of Christ, eternal  and unchangeable Word of God”.

The “bible live “ is a mean that collects lots of interesting characteristic :it’s rich in the means, easy to use, beauty interactive, professional works lots of services an automatic “autoaggiornamento” by Internet. This kind of work helps to know a peculiar note of the Bible: being “Live World” that never dies and says to everyday’s men. 

Mons.Giuseppe Betori , under-secretary  of the CEI and vice-president of the Italian Commitee for the WYD; Mons. Domenico Segalini ,Responsible for the National Service  for the Pastoral of young people; Don Cesare Bissoli, responsible for the Bible Apostolate Don Carlo Sacchetti, author of the Bible on CD card: will take part the press conference. Don Claudio Giuliodori, Director of the National Office for the National Communications and responsible for the Press Office   of  the WYD will be the coordinator.
