She is called Oronza Renna, of twenty three years old and comes from Trepuzzi (province and diocese of Lecce). Today, at 12 o’ clock, she is reading the message of greetings written by a delegation, made up of some partecipants of the 15^th WYD, to the Republic President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi at Palazzo del Quirinale.

Oronza Renna studies Science of Education at the Lecce University, she is a catechist in San Michele Arcangelo’s Church at Trepuzzi and she is also committed in the Youth Pastoral of her diocese and in the voluntary service. For that reason she has been in Rome, since the 6^th of August, as a volunteer for the 15^th WYD, the second one after  Paris 1997.
